Having Trouble Completing a Case?
We recently added required feedback at the end of each case. There are 3 mandatory questions–note that only the question text refreshes. Please provide your honest feedback with a star rating. After completing all 3 feedback questions, you can finish the case and access the case summary.
Confused by Time on Case Reports?
Our time from case start to complete calculations are now more accurate. Calculations have improved to bring you a time on case measurement that more closely reflects the time spent engaging with case content. This does not calculate the time the case is open in a browser and will time out due to inactivity.
