Five Cross-Disciplinary Courses

Aquifer offers five free courses on key healthcare topics as a service to advance health professions education. The courses are developed and maintained by the Aquifer Educators Consortium and developed in collaboration with our national partner organizations.

Access the Courses

For students with Aquifer access through their institution, the courses are available on the Courses page after signing in to Aqueduct.

For faculty and administrators with Aquifer access through their institutional subscription, courses may be used individually or by integrating cases into a Custom Course through the searchable Case Library. Complete courses are also available via the Courses page in Aqueduct.

  • Note: Educator Guides with integration ideas and active learning strategies for High Value Care and Diagnostic Excellence are available to all institutional subscribers.

For any teachers and learners without Aquifer access, the courses are available at no charge by clicking below and completing a short registration process.

New: Trauma-Informed Care Course

Aquifer is proud to deliver Trauma Informed Care, developed in collaboration with the Office on Women’s Health. The course is designed to improve patient care for individuals affected by trauma through educating a range of health care providers.

42 cases are now publically available at no cost following a short registration process. Free Continuing Education credit is also available.
